We all seek for shelter behind, these walls
They've yet to see what lies in wait
Beyond the haven
The things that lay beyond, these walls
Their blood will shed
Regardless of the obstacles
They think they're safe
Behind their paranoia
Beyond these gates we'll stake our claim
We all have reasons
For these dull ways of feeling complete
They are the source of why you fear the unknown
The fear of defeat
You claim to have a reason
For hiding behind these walls
You deserve what will come to you a
Painful, miserable death
They think they're safe
Behind their paranoia
Beyond these gates we'll stake our claim
There is nothing left to hide
All has been exposed
Mutilating them for truth
From inside the walls
There is nothing left to hide
All has been exposed
Mutilating them for truth
From inside the walls
From beyond
Deep inside their minds they'll beg
From inside they'll fall
Deep inside their minds they'll beg
From inside they'll fall
OSDM the way it should be. The best traits of genre are on display. Technical, punchy, catchy and head banging inducing. With almost neoclassical solos and John Tardy vocals Dmitry Nevozhay
Hype is a funny thing. Usually when I hear everywhere "Dude this shit is 🔥" or even the dreaded and oft-used "AOTY!!" bullshit, I roll my eyes. And I rolled my eyes last year on the hype train for Carnosus. But again, for every thousandth breathless fanboy review I've seen, sometimes the album exceeds the expectation. So I will confidently tell you that, yes, "This shit is 🔥" as I wait for Willowtip to release that sweet Green Ghostly vinyl variant domestically 🤣 Finally a win for my wallet! bcb723
This album being played over the PA system at the museum where Salvador Dali's "The Persistence of Memory" is housed is what caused the faces of the clocks in the painting to melt. meeko
Pretty much the best Black/Speed Metal I've listened to since I learned about Evil Invaders and Vulture. Everything you'd love to be reminded of about this musical era is there. The influences are what you'd expect too: Motörhead, Venom, Bathory, early Slayer, Celtic Frost; aggressive vocals, tortured guitar solos, pounding drums; everything is fast, clear and still a little grimy, but without reverb cranked up to the max. Amazing band, amazing album. Odiumediae
